Heat Recovery Boilers

Heat Recovery Boilers

Our range of WHB heat recovery boilers are able to use the heat from external sources such as exhaust gas from gas or diesel generators to heat a thermal fluid or produce hot water or steam. These heat recovery boilers are among the most advanced tools to increase the energy efficiency of a system and can be designed for any application with high temperature exhaust gas. Outputs from 100kW up to 20,000kW are available with design pressures up to 25bar.

We also offer the GXC range of composite boilers which supplement the waste heat from external sources with their own burner installed as a back up heat source. All ICI Caldaie waste heat boilers can be ordered with automatic controls suitable for periods of unmanned operation.

WH waste heat boilers

The waste-heat boilers of the WH range recover energy from hot flue gases as their heat source. These boilers are of the monobloc type, with fully automatic operation and are provided with all accessories required for quick commissioning. The WH range is designed to meet your specific requirements.

GXC composite boilers

GXC series heat-recovery boilers are innovative steam boilers that combine waste heat recovery with combustion within an integrated furnace using a gas or oil burner. The waste heat recovery is the primary heat source , while the burner can be used as a backup or to boost steam production as and when needed. A flue gas economiser can also be added to the boiler to increase to increase efficiency even further. All ICI Caldaie waste heat boilers can be ordered with automatic controls suitable for periods of unmanned operation.
